ABOUT ME

Ever since I was a child…

I’ve always enjoyed talking to other people. In school, no matter where my teacher moved me, I continued to build new relationships with my peers. For this reason, I decided to pursue a career in public relations. I graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas (UNT) with a bachelor of arts in journalism with a focus in public relations and a minor in business management. I also received a master’s degree in Strategic Communications and Digital Strategy from the University of Oklahoma.

For work, I am the Corporate Communications Manager for Darling Ingredients (NYSE:DAR), a rendering company headquartered in Irving, TX.

In addition to this, I’m passionate about community service and mentorship, which is why I spend time mentoring at Great Commission Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas and being an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
